At Soulshine Dog Rescue, we believe every dog deserves a chance to shine. We rescue the neglected and unwanted, provide medical and emotional care, and place each soul in a loving forever home—where hope begin.

Soulshine Dog Rescue Adoption Policy
At Soulshine Dog Rescue, our mission is to ensure that every dog we save finds a loving, committed forever home where they can thrive. We take this responsibility seriously and have a thorough adoption process in place to ensure the best match for both the dog and the adopter.
Our Process Includes:
A completed adoption application
A phone interview to discuss lifestyle, expectations, and compatibility
A home check (virtual or in-person) to ensure a safe and secure environment
We also offer a "Foster with Intent to Adopt" option for those who would like to ensure a perfect fit before finalizing their adoption. This gives both the dog and the family time to adjust and bond in a supported way.
Our Promise:
If for any reason an adopter can no longer care for their dog—whether it’s months or years later—we require that the dog be returned to Soulshine. No judgment, no questions asked. Our commitment to every dog we rescue is lifelong, and we will always welcome them back when needed.
