Best Life TNR & Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 non profit founded to help community cats. We are based in Salinas, CA and TNR (trap-neuter-return) is our primary focus - trapping in Salinas and throughout Monterey County. Best Life assists residents, businesses and other situations where free roaming cats need TNR. We make no guarantees but try our best to help everyone requesting assistance. When Best Life is unable to help, we will educate on ‘do it yourself’ trapping or direct to another resource for possible help. We also have a foster to adopt program for cats and kittens.
