Our Mission
We are a 501(c)3 Pomeranian rescue located in the Sacramento Valley of Northern California. We rely solely on adoption fees and donations. The fee donated for your adopted loved one saves the next one from dying in a shelter.
 We pride ourselves in taking in the more challenging Poms that some consider less adoptable. We love to take in the blind, deaf, older, un-socialized and other types of special needs Pomeranians.Â
All of our Poms are fostered in single family homes and treated like one of the family. We do not kennel! Each foster home only has one foster dog per home. This allows the foster parents to give their foster the one on one attention and care they so desperately need and deser
Adoption Policy
If you are interested in one of the dog's listed, please fill out an application at www.pomtotherescue.com. You must have an application on file and be pre-approved before you can meet any of our dogs. Once you are approved, we will find the best match for you and your family.Â
We do not ship dogs, no exceptions. I do all my own home checks and meet and greets. So, if you are within a 100 mile radius, please start the approval process by filling out an application.
