About Us Our Mission At Loving PAWsabilities, our mission is simple but powerful: To save the lives of vulnerable dogs through rescue, rehabilitation, and love — giving each one the chance to know safety, compassion, and a forever home. Who We Are We are a Southern California–based dog rescue dedicated to rehabilitating and rehoming neglected, sick, and mistreated dogs. Many of our rescues come from high-kill shelters and the streets of Mexico, where their chances of survival are slim. With the dedication of our rescuers, fosters, and adopters, we provide every dog with the medical care, rehabilitation, and love they need to thrive — and match them with safe, happy, and permanent homes. At Loving PAWsabilities, we believe that every dog deserves a chance to be loved, no matter their past or where they come from. Because when you open your heart to a rescue dog, you change two lives: theirs and your own.
