Our Mission

Town & Country Humane Society was founded in 1992 and is a NO KILL shelter providing care and comfort to our furry residents until they find their forever homes. We are one of the few NO KILL shelters in the State and the only one in the North State. Our goal is to find loving homes for all the lost, abandoned and otherwise unwanted animals that come through our door, and to provide education to the public concerning animal care and the importance of spaying and neutering. All adopters are required to complete an Adoption Application as the first step in the process.
