Our Mission
As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization Itsie Bitsie Rescue, inc. depends on donations, grants, and volunteers to keep our small rescue running. The majority of the funding for our rescue comes from donations provided by loyal sponsors and adoption fees for our babies. We have an amazing group of volunteers and our Founding Board that share a strong commitment to our cause. The work of our volunteers is what makes our organization so successful. We are always looking for more dedicated volunteers to help with animal foster care, adoption and fundraising. We’d love to have you join us.
Adoption Policy
We have an application process followed by an interview process.
For puppies, we require the entire family (including family dog(s)) to come for a meet and greet in Roseville, CA. This is followed by a yard check to ensure that the fence is sturdy and that there are no toxic plants or other hazards for the puppy. We do NOT do same-day adoptions. All puppy adoption requests are reviewed and approved or declined by our Itsie Bitsie Rescue committee.
