People Animals Love and Support (PALS) East Bay

People, Animals, Love and Support (PALS) East Bay is an all-volunteer, donor supported organization focused on working with East Bay residents to help them keep their pets healthy and at home. PALS provides FREE monthly vaccine clinics and spay/neuter vouchers and assistance; and field vaccine and pet wellness services for the homeless and unsheltered communities in Oakland. As we can, PALS accepts pets into our adoption program from the Communities we serve. When you adopt from PALS, you are both giving an animal a much needed home as well as giving back to our greater Community and mission.
