Our Mission
Our mission is to serve the community of Newman and promote animal welfare as well as public safety; provide education and resources to the community for animal related issues; enforce local laws and city codes; and advocate for the humane treatment of animals.
Adoption Policy
Our process starts with the potential adopter meeting the animal. If they would like to proceed they will go to the Police Department to fill out the adoption contract and pay adoption fees. The ACO will then contact the veterinary hospital to schedule their appointment.
