TLC of IE Rescue is dedicated to rescuing animals and finding them forever homes. Federally recognized non-profit animal rescue and our mission is spay/neuter. Carol Fitlin is the director of TLC of IE Rescue and has committed her life since 2007 to saving and rescuing dogs and cats.
