Our Mission

Dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of homeless and neglected dogs and cats. To provide nourishment, supplies, and certain preventative care to those animals in need. To raise awareness on the importance of spaying and neutering and to schedule, transport and pay for the costs. To rescue, foster and rehome animals in crisis and to help create and nurture a compassionate world for all strays.

Adoption Policy

1. Application Form: Potential adopters fill out an application form providing details about their living situation, experience with pets, and why they want to adopt.

2. Interview: An interview is conducted either in person or over the phone to discuss the application and to get to know the adopter better.

3. Home Visit: a home visit to ensure that the environment is safe and suitable for the pet (this can be done virtually).

4. Meet and Greet: The potential adopter meets the pet to see if they are a good match. This might include introducing the pet to other animals in the household.

5. Adoption Fee: There is usually an adoption fee that helps cover the cost of the pet's care, including vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and other medical expenses.

6. Adoption Contract: The adopter signs a contract agreeing to the terms of the adoption, which might include returning the pet to the rescue if they can no longer care for it.

7. Follow-Up: conduct follow-up visits or calls to ensure that the pet is adjusting well to their new home.
