Happy Mutts Humane Society is located in the High Desert of Southern California (Apple Valley, Hesperia, Victorville, Oak Hills and Lucerne Valley) we are a volunteer-run organization dedicated to rescuing pets abandoned or at risk of homelessness due to foreclosure, eviction or other financial hardship. The most obvious recipients of our assistance are the pets we rescue, re-home and feed. We are a full service rescue, with dogs and cats coming to us from all over the High Desert.  We provide foster services and love the dogs/cats in our care while waiting for adoption.  If for any reason a family cannot keep their adopted pet, it can be brought back to our organization for another placement. We accept ALL dogs/cats of ALL ages; including seniors and those with special needs (epilepsy, kidney problems, hip problems, blindness, etc). All dogs/cats are spayed
