Our Mission
Our mission at East Bay Animal Rescue & Refuge (EBARR) is to reduce the abuse of animals and prevent more animals from entering shelters. We believe in the health and welfare of all animals and we never discriminate against breed or size.
Adoption Policy
If interested in any of our rescued animals, please email a copy of our adoption application to animalrescue@ebarr.org along with the rescue animal you are interested in adopting. We will contact you as soon as we've reviewed your application.
