Adoption Policy
Potential adopters complete an application. They must include 2-3 references. References are checked and previously, if a home visit was not possible, multiple photos of the home were required. Currently, I am only working with potential adopters locally so I can visit the home and meet the potential adopter live. I do a background check when possible. I allow dogs to "visit" the home to make sure its a fit especially if there are either pets. When there are other pets a meet and greet (sometimes, multiple) is required. I rehome pets if it does not work out.
