Our Mission
Dane Haven Incorporated is a dedicated group of volunteers committed to the rescue, mental and physical rehabilitation and re-homing of abandoned, owner-surrendered, stray, and neglected Great Danes in the state of Arizona. We advocate responsible breed ownership and promote breed kindness through education and example.
Adoption Policy
Adoption Steps
The adoption process begins with completing an Adoption Application. This questionnaire allows us to get to know you, your family, and your home environment so that we can make sure that the Dane you adopt is going to be a good fit.
Next references will be checked, and a representative will contact you to schedule a meet and greet with the dog and all household family members.
Then, a home check to ensure the environment for the dog is safe and healthy.
Once these steps are completed and approved, the adoption contract will be finalized and you new best friend will be able to come home.
