Our Mission

Animal Rescue Friends, Ltd (ARF) is an IRS approved 501(c)3 animal rescue for both dogs and cats.  We are completely run by volunteers and our animals are in foster homes throughout the Metropolitan Phoenix area. We do not have a facility.
