Our Mission
Animal Rescue Friends, Ltd (ARF) is an IRS approved 501(c)3 animal rescue for both dogs and cats. Â We are completely run by volunteers and our animals are in foster homes throughout the Metropolitan Phoenix area. We do not have a facility.
