Arkansas Animal Alliance believes Arkansas government should focus on a statewide animal control shelter system. By doing so, this would eliminate the number of intact stray animals and reduce the overpopulation of dogs/cats. With a statewide animal control, Arkansas would also have the resources to enforce our animal welfare laws.
