At Have a Heart we advocate spay/neutering and microchipping to prevent the senseless euthanization of animals that can not speak for themselves AND we help find loving homes for homeless shelter animals while providing the necessary vet care, spay/neuter, quality food and love while in our foster homes until a forever home can be found.
