Our Mission
To provide Walker County with adoptable pets while finding homes for pets who haven't had the best start in life.
Adoption Policy
We invite members of the public to visit our shelter to meet and greet a potential pet. They can interact with any animal they choose, bring other pets to meet them, cat test dogs, and walk any dog they choose in our adjacent dog park. If they choose to adopt, they must sign a sterilization contract and pay the appropriate adoption fee.
