Our Mission
At KittyPup, we believe that every feline and canine companion deserves a chance at a happy and fulfilling life. That's why we provide a safe haven for homeless, neglected, and at-risk animals, focusing on rehabilitating their physical and emotional well-being in loving foster homes. Our mission is to find each animal a permanent, forever home, while promoting responsible pet ownership, educating the community about animal welfare, and advocating for their well-being. Our dedicated foster-based approach ensures that every kitty and pup is given a second chance to thrive and live their best life.
Adoption Policy
01. Application
Start by filling out our adoption application form. This helps us understand your preferences, lifestyle, and the type of animal you’re looking for. Once we receive your application, our team will review it to determine if you’re a good match for one of our adorable rescues.
02. Phone Interview
If your application is a good fit, we’ll give you a call for a phone interview. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your living situation, and your expectations as a pet owner. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about our adoption process and our animals.
03. Meet and Greet
If the phone interview goes well, we’ll arrange a meet and greet with the animal you’re interested in adopting. This is a chance for you to spend time with the pet, interact, and see if there’s a natural connection.
04. Home check
As a final step before adoption, we’ll conduct a home check. A member of our team will visit your home to ensure that it’s a safe and suitable environment for the new addition to your family. This includes checking for any potential hazards and making recommendations to create a comfortable space for your new pet.
05. Adoption Day
Once your application is approved and the home check is successful, it’s time to welcome your new companion home! We’ll provide you with all the information you need to ensure a smooth transition for your pet.
06. Post-Adoption Support
Our commitment to you doesn’t end with adoption. We’re here to offer guidance, advice, and support as you and your pet adjust to your new life together. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
