Our Mission

With the highest numbers in Latin America, Mexico currently has close to 19.6 million cats and dogs living on the streets. Injured, sick and malnourished, these animals are greeted by tragic human indifference. At an alarming growth rate of 20% annually, nine out of ten that are admitted into local dog pounds are euthanized.

Shelters and independent rescuers do their heroic best to save as many lives as possible, but their abilities are largely surpassed by a never ending problem. The sad reality is that there are always more animals coming into the shelters than those leaving via adoption.

For all of those reasons, we have created Adoptare (Proyecto Alan Rozz), a non-profit organization and educational project that rescues, rehabilitates and promotes healthy and loving adoptions.

In Adoptare, we firmly believe in a better world, where all animals can live free of abuse and pain.
