Adoption Policy
People interested in adopting our animals can consult the file of our animals in adoption on the internet. They have a form to fill out, in order to describe their family profile and lifestyle as well as the type of animal they are looking for. Afterwards, someone will call them to discuss the animal they are interested in or to propose other candidates that correspond to their profile. An on-site meeting with the animal will then be arranged by appointment. The person will be able to spend time with the animal and the meeting is supervised by an adoption counsellor or an animal behaviourist. People will be able to ask the necessary questions and the counsellor will be able to validate that the contact is good with all the members of the family. If all goes well, people can adopt the animal on the day of the meeting or in some cases, a second visit will be necessary.
