Our Mission
Kissed by an Angel is a small, dedicated rescue group based in Ontario, committed to connecting dogs in need of new homes with loving families. We specialize in rehoming dogs surrendered by members of the Chinese community, ensuring these dogs find their permanent homes. Through compassion and understanding, we strive to ensure every dog finds a safe and caring forever home.
Adoption Policy
First, we have an online application for them to submit, and then we do an initial screening through a video call. After that, we'll arrange a home visit and check references. If they are successful up until this point, we will then arrange a meet-and-greet. If all of these stages go well, and it's a good match for dog and family, we will then have them sign an adoption contract.
