Our Mission
4Champ Animal Rescue is comprised of a board of directors who make ultimate decisions. We have been in operation since 2015; when our founder decided to branch out on her own and ensure the welfare of animals. We are a foster based; community supported rescue located in Sudbury, ON.
4Champ Animal Rescue is committed to helping animals from unfortunate situations and placing them into foster homes so they have the best second chance possible. We firmly believe that having foster homes instead of cages are vital to learning their character and assessing their issues that may need attention. We are foster-based; and rely heavily on community support to be able to provide the supplies and care that the animals require and deserve. Every adoption fee is also used to provide the care and supplies that our animals require.
Adoption Policy
Only approved applicants are able to schedule meet and greets. Please start by filling out our application.
STEP 1:
Complete application. Once received; it will be provided to our reference check volunteer.
Could take up to 2 weeks; if your application is not completed appropriately.
Please Note: that persons denied - will NOT be contacted.
If you have questions; please don't hesitate to reach out.
STEP 2:
An email will be sent to the email provided on your application; please ensure it is correct.
A home inspection will be scheduled.
STEP 3:
Meet the animal(s) and once a decision has been rendered; applicants can start a trial period prior to finalization of the adoption.
STEP 4:
Finalization of adoption.
You will then book an appointment with our Adoption Coordinator to sign the adoption contract and provide payment.
