Our Mission
Anna’s Rescue & SanKtuary (ARS) is a female-run, not-for-profit volunteer rescue team. Anna Sankar, our Founder and namesake, has held a lifelong mission of helping and rescuing dogs worldwide, including those in her own pack! Within the last year, Anna has expanded her love of animals by becoming a Franchise Owner of both Dogtopia Aurora Village and The Bone and Biscuit located at 14889 Yonge Street. These businesses provided Anna the community, facilities, and resources to take her passion of animal rescue to this next level! Our mission is simple: Anna’s Rescue & SanKtuary is a halfway home where dogs live limbo in light, love and luxury!
