A non-profit, 100% donation based dog rescue dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of large & giant breed dogs. Don't let our name fool you. We take in dogs of all sizes. We focus on larger dogs but we do not turn away any dogs due to size or breeds.

Description
WGBR takes pride at the time and effort we put into our dogs. We fully ensure that whichever dog, no matter the history, is placed in a home that suits him/her best and at the same time, we ensure the adopting family receives a dog that meets their requirements as well.Â
Although a smaller rescue, WGBR is proud to help families find quality dogs throughout MB and beyond.

Adoption Policy
We do not adopt our dog out of Canada, we also do not adopt puppies younger than 6 months of age further than 30-40 minutes out of Winnipeg.
