Our Mission
PittiePaws Rescue Society strives to care for, advocate for and find forever homes for dogs in need. We are dedicated to educating the community and promoting compassion and kindness to the often-overlooked bully breeds. We also engage in lifelong relationships with our fosters/adopters and have continual support for our rescue dogs.
Adoption Policy
We would first conduct a phone interview with the applicant in question. We would then do a meet and greet with the dog. If all that goes well, then we will proceed with a homecheck to ensure that the dog is in safe living quarters. After that is completed, then the dog will go on a two week "foster-to-adopt" trial period in which the humans and the dogs see if they are a compatible match.
