Our Mission
Heart and Soul Dog and Cat Rescue Society is a volunteer-run and donation-funded rescue based in Abbotsford, BC, Canada. Our goal is to help improve the lives of unwanted and neglected dogs and cats in the Fraser Valley and surrounding areas.
Adoption Policy
Adoptable dogs and cats are posted on our website. Application forms can be accessed online through a button at the bottom of each animal's profile page. After you have submitted an application, you will be contacted if your application is considered a good match for the animal, and a meet and greet may be arranged.
Please note that we can only adopt to Canadian residents at this time.
