No Borders Animal Rescue Society (NOBARS) consists of volunteers dedicated to providing rescue to stray, abandoned, abused, or surrendered animals, to prevent cruelty, to re-home and promote the welfare of animals. Our mission is to successfully match adoptive homes with adoptive animals. No Borders Animal Rescue Society (NOBARS) is a non-profit organization that relies on the generosity of kind folks and the public to help cover the costs of all our expenses, the majority being veterinary care for our animals. Financial support is essential to maintain our basic costs and to further develop our programs in rescue.
