Turbo has some of the best manners on the farm and is terrific to catch, lead, tie, groom, stand for vet/farrier, trailer, & bathe! He is comfortable around large groups of people and commotion and is not bothered by much. He loves his paddock and run-in, and his happy living outside in all weather. He gets along well with respectful geldings but he really loves his mares the best! He is an easy keeper and a gem to have on the farm! Turbo is a stoic boy with previous injuries that leave him as a companion only. He enjoys having plenty of space to move and stay active. He should not be stalled overnight regularly to help him avoid stocking up. He has a waived adoption fee for this qualifying for our Seniors for Seniors program!

Health and Care: Turbo does not have any specific medical or nutritional needs. He does best living outside with the ability to move around 24/7.

Suited For: Turbo would make a terrific companion for a lonely mare, a group of mares, or a group of geldings. He doesn’t always mix well with both mares and geldings as he likes to protect and watch over mares and sometimes feels as if he needs to defend them from other geldings.

Enjoys: Turbo enjoys a good grooming, a good roll in the mud, and time spent out in an open space with his horse friends. He is an easy going horse that doesn’t mind much, but is happiest when not much is asked of him.
