Smoky's Story

Smoky is a 21-year-old POA. He came to us along with his friend Willy after the death of their owner. They have lived their entire lives together, so we would like them to be adopted together. Smoky is not broke to ride, and we have put some training on him to improve his ground manners. He stands well for the farrier, but has difficulty getting into a step up trailer due to some neurological issues; a ramp load would be easier for him. For more information, see https://www.skagitanimalsinneed.org/smoky-a-poa-gelding/ or email adoptions@skagitanimalsinneed.org.
