River's Story
River is a beautiful 15.2 hand bay Thoroughbred gelding! He has great ground manners and has been very laid back from day one. He is a beautiful mover but because of his past injury is not suitable for jumping. Will do well with flat work and trail riding. He loads, stands for farrier and has not shown us a bad trait since he's been here. Would be suitable for a lead line or a child just starting out eventually. Still considered green due to not being in a training program since being let down from the track. He is gentle and smart with wonderful ground manners.<br/><br/>He is great for the farrier, easy to catch, bathes, loads, hauls well, and he stands quietly to be groomed, saddled, and easy to bridle.
