Merrilee & Maisilee are a bonded pair of donkeys and will only be adopted together. The adoption fee is for BOTH girls.<br/><br/>Merrilee and Maisilee are a young pair of donkeys who are curious, kind, and cautious. Merri is the more curious and cautious of the two, but is making good progress.<br/><br/>Both girls have grown to love grain and are easy to be around. As we work towards gentling, neither girl has shown any aggression or kicking, though they are both athletic and will jump over and through things to get away. Both girls have been trimmed on all four feet with sedation and show signs they have likely been trimmed in the past.<br/><br/>We are accepting applications for a home for the pair that is experienced with donkeys and willing to continue to patiently work with them to improve their education. Right now they are on the edge of feral, though kind. <br/><br/>The girls are younger, both under ten, so have a bright future with someone who will invest time into them. We think they'd be an absolutely adorable driving pair and their personalities are suited for it.
