Maple Stirrup's Story

Maple is an ~18 year old grade pony mare who stands around 13 hands. Maple gets along well with other horses and is an easy keeper. For several years she lived at a college assisting with their veterinary technician program. Students had to provide daily care, administer medical treatments as needed, practice standard wraps, and more!<br/><br/>Maple is not rideable and is looking for a home as a companion only.<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting one of our equines, please complete the equine placement on our website, www.lastchanceranch.org. Equine placement fees range from $150 to $2000 depending on the age, training and abilities of the equine. The placement fee includes current vaccines, negative Coggins test, dental floating, de-worming and farrier trimming. All equine adopters must live within 3 hours of Last Chance Ranch in Quakertown, PA.
