Lily's Story
Lily came back to Lollypop with her best buddy Cypress. Both were adopted from us back in 2007 and have had a great life together. They came back through no fault of their own, and are looking for their next home to live out their retirement.

Lily is a 15.3hh bay TB mare who needs to feel comfortable with her people and environment. Once she learns that she can trust you, she can be so sweet and curious. Earning that trust and seeing her personality come out has been so rewarding. Lily was originally part of a cruelty case, so that nervousness is very understandable. Between her rough start as part of a cruelty case and her DSLD, Lily is considered a non-riding companion only. She would also prefer flatter pastures without large hills.

Lily and Cypress would love to stay together, but since coming here, we've seen them become less bonded in a very healthy way. Lately, Lily has had 24/7 turnout with Cypress and Jasmine - another of our adoptable mares. Lily has 24/7 turnout while at Lollypop, and was accustomed to night time turn in with her previous home.

Lily is available for adoption or long-term foster through our C.A.R.E. Program. Let us know if you'd like to meet her and hopefully give her their forever home!

Requires experienced handler.
Non-riding Companion Only.
Adoption Fee: $300 or eligible for the C.A.R.E Program.
