Meet Lavender
Medically, Lavender has Cushings and is on daily Prascend. She can get overheated in the summer time when temperatures and humidity are higher. We keep her body clipped during the summer and she should have access to a cool stall with lots of fans to help keep her comfortable. Lavender requires a dry lot and cannot go out on grass. She can be turned out with mares or geldings, and tends to be top of the pecking order in the field.
If you are interested in adopting one of our equines, please complete the equine placement on our website, www.lastchanceranch.org. The placement fee includes current vaccines, negative Coggins test, dental floating, de-worming and farrier trimming. All equine adopters must live within 3 hours of Last Chance Ranch in Quakertown, PA.
