Gumby is a 29+ year old Quarter Horse gelding with a heart of gold and the kind of quiet wisdom only a senior horse can offer. He is very easy to handle on the ground and is a well-trained, dependable gentleman.<br/><br/>Gumby gets along well with other geldings and has previously been pastured successfully with mares and mini horses. While he has lived in a 24/7 pasture setup, Gumby truly thrives with the more individualized care that a stall with paddock turnout can provide.<br/><br/>Due to limited dentition, Gumby requires a specialized feeding routine. He enjoys multiple warm senior feed and forage-extender mashes each day, supplemented with chopped alfalfa. He still appreciates time in the pasture when available and enjoys being part of the herd at his own pace.<br/><br/>Gumby is rideable and best suited for advanced beginner riders.
