Bella

Bella is as sweet as her name implies. She is a 23 year old Quarter Horse mare and is not your typical red mare. She is lower in the herd pecking order making her a good companion to others. She is currently turned out with a gelding and another mare and they all do well together. Shortly after her arrival here, she had one of her eyes removed due to chronic uvetis. She was already blind in that eye so it hasn't slowed her down one bit. She has the most adorable head tilt so she can take in the world with her remaining eye. We were told that she has been ridden in the past, but we have not evaluated that yet and will update this as we do! Any return to riding would have to be done slowly as it has been years since she was ridden with any consistency. Bella is also up to date on vaccines, a teeth float, hoof trim and is microchipped!
