NAME: ZULO
GENDER: MALE
BREED: FORMOSAN MOUNTAIN DOG MIX
COLOR: BLACK
AGE: 6 YEARS OLD
WEIGHT: 28lbs
SPAY OR NEUTER: Yes
MICROCHIP: Yes

If you would like to give ZULO a forever home, please go to
www.adoptadoggie.org to fill out an online application with home photos.

Zulo is a lovely tripod boy! He loves everyone he meets, gentle with children, and good with other dogs. Zulo has a rough start in life. However, it does not stop him from loving and trusting humans. There’s not a mean bone in him. He loves sitting pretty waiting for his pets. Zulo is doing well in his foster home and ready for her forever home. Zulo started some leash training and is learning at a good pace. He is crate-trained and doing well on his housetraining. He rides well in the car and can wait patiently while his foster mom runs errands. Zulo is a wonderful dog and will make a good family dog.

Zulo’s Rescue Story

Zulo was rescued from a government shelter before her time was up. Shelters across the island were completely full and every week, there is a list of dogs that will be thrown back to the streets to live as homeless dogs. A kind volunteer reached out to an experienced international rescue organization to help save them. The founder of the rescue organization has over 180 dogs waiting for homes. However, she could not bear to see them going back to the streets to suffer. She agreed to take them home and give them a chance in life.

Zulo had a thorough medical checkup. He had been neutered, vaccinated, microchip, and passed negative on his blood tests. Please give Zulo a loving home where he will never be left behind again.

Please watch Zulo’s YouTube videos below:

https://youtu.be/axycrwYLz7Y - Zumba & Zulo at Mary’s Home
https://youtu.be/GvvCBotTWg4 - Zulo good with children
https://youtu.be/k7eX_EoMDaY - Zula Zuli Zulo Zu meeting children
https://youtu.be/6LFhmy2teE4 - Zulo a great tripod
https://youtu.be/f0E1a_qYw6M - Zulo at Doggie Park
https://youtu.be/wl2mRGBQZTo - Zulo at Doggie Park
https://youtu.be/mk47aIE73X0 - Zulo Off Leash Hiking
https://youtu.be/Ewvdt4jYdzQ - Zulo & Zu good with strangers
https://youtu.be/GXWTF-W4trU - Zulo & Zu walking
https://youtu.be/uhjLoWde0zc - Zulo Vet Checkup

If you would like to give ZULO a forever home, please go to www.adoptadoggie.org to fill out an online application with your home photos.
You can also email your home environment photos to contact@adoptadoggie.org
Once we receive your application, we will get back to you ASAP.

Adopt a Doggie Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Adopt-a-Doggie/312107112299799

Temperament:
Energy Level: Medium
Ideal home environment: Both Quiet & Active
Is the dog good with strangers: Friendly
The dog is best with children of what age group?
