Zoey (fka Kate)

Zoey (fka Kate) is a 2 year old, 18 pound terrier mix. While we don't know much about Zoey's history and she came to STS quite frightened of the world, but has gained confidence by leaps and bounds since coming to our rescue. Zoey was adopted earlier this year and was blossoming in her new home, but due to a chance in circumstances unrelated to Zoey, she has found herself back in our care.<br/><br/>Zoey is incredibly sweet and loves to cuddle up with her people. Once she knows she can trust you, she becomes playful and puppy-like. Zoey gets along great with cats, and spends time with friends at doggie daycare but does not like to share her home with them. Water is also her FAVORITE! <br/><br/>Because Zoey is still considered a flight risk, we are requiring that her adoptive home have a securely fenced yard (no exceptions).<br/><br/>Adoption fee is $375.00 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only.<br/><br/>STS is a foster-based and volunteer-run rescue. We do not have a physical location or set hours for you to meet dogs, and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in foster homes and once an application is approved and a home visit is completed you will be able to schedule meet and greets with available dogs.
