Meet Zoey

Looking do add a high energy, fun-loving, active companion to your life? Could Zoey be the wild child you've been searching for? Zoey is a 4-year-old Catahoula Leopard mixed lady, looking for an active, high-energy breed savvy family to be her people. Zoey is definitely still young and nutty at heart, her favorite go-to greeting is pogo stick jumping to give face kisses. She'd love to find a family willing to guide her in her continuing education, she could use a crash course on all the basic manners and skills.
Being a Catahoula girl that came to us as a stray, we think she'd be best in a home with no other animals. She loves to chase, and seems to have a natural hunting instinct when it comes to small critters. Zoey has been working on her leash reactivity around other dogs, but can be very vocal and reactive when seeing them out and about. Luckily, she is VERY food motivated so that'll help in her future training endeavors.
