Zinzi

Zinzi was given her name, which can mean beautiful life or blessing, after she was the sickest of her siblings battling parvovirus and survived. Zinzi is now completely recovered, healthy and thriving, and she is ready to find her forever home!

Zinzi is a gorgeous German shepherd/heeler mix with sleek black fur and a loving spirit. At barely 3 months old, she had crossed the 20 lb mark, so she will grow into a large dog despite her rough start to life. Zinzi adores other dogs and is the most submissive of the bunch. She can be shy at first with people, but once she knows you she's quick to give kisses and roll over for belly rubs.

Zinzi is a wonderful combination of very smart and very silly. She loves to entertain humans and dogs alike with her goofy antics. Zinzi knows sit, shake, and spin, and sometimes is so eager to please she'll do all her tricks trying to guess which you'll say. Zinzi would do best in a home with at least one other dog who can teach her the ropes and keep her company.
