ZIGGY's Story
This is a courtesy posting. ZIGGY has a sad tale, that could be turned into a happy one if he can find a Rescue and foster home to help him out. ZIGGY and his buddy PEDRO were found astray in Bakersfield. They had a fun time with the person that found them (good with grandkids, good with their other dogs), but they could not keep them and they had to go to the local shelter. ZIGGY was adopted quickly from the shelter, and his buddy PEDRO found rescue (he's available thru Calpaws K9 Rescue). Meanwhile, ZIGGY was picked up, injured by another Bakersfield Shelter and his people have never come to get him :( Friends of ZIGGY have gotten him out of the shelter into a temp foster, but he still needs Rescue to help him find a family that will never let him down. Please reach out if you could foster this good boy, or know of a Rescue that can help him. Transport is possible. We've included pictures with ZIGGY and his buddy PEDRO when they were originally found, and also ZIGGY's picture when he was picked up again with his injuries and sad eyes. The shelter has treated his injuries.

We have a dream that maybe he could be reunited with his buddy PEDRO (anyone looking for 2 good dogs?) but what's most important is that they each find loving forever homes.
