He is being rehomed directly through his private foster. **<br/><br/>If you’re looking for your new adventure buddy, Zeus is your guy! Zeus is a 6y/o, 65lbs Belgian Malinois. He loves hiking, playing fetch, and learning new tricks. He’s also a huge cuddle bug - there is no such thing as being too close! Zeus is so devoted to his family and wants to be a part of all the action. <br/><br/>Zeus has recently been returned to his foster due to his high energy level. His most recent home described him as a wonderful dog and a very loving companion, but they made the difficult decision to rehome him to someone who could better meet his needs. Since being back in his foster home, he has been working hard on learning how to have an “off switch,” which does not come naturally to any malinois. He has made so many improvements in being the ideal house dog that saves his crazy energy for the right outlets. At the end of the day, he is not a low maintenance guy! He requires lots of exercise and mental stimulation.<br/><br/>Zeus will require a home that is experienced with high-energy working breeds. His perfect match would be those who are extremely outdoorsy and active, or those who are interested in a dog that could participate in activities such as nosework, obedience/rally, or agility to name a few!<br/><br/>Zeus is very well socialized. He has lived with kids, cats, small animals, and other dogs. He warms up to strangers very quickly and has done well around house guests. <br/><br/>In order to help facilitate Zeus's transition into his forever family, his foster is offering a lifetime of free training and boarding.
