🫶 Meet Zelena 🫶<br/>Zelena is a beautiful 5-year-old mixed breed girl with the sweetest soul. She was lovingly fostered by our board member Katherine, who tragically passed away in a fatal car accident while transporting another CCR foster to the vet. Zelena has been surrounded by love every step of the way.<br/>She was later fostered and adopted by a wonderful family, but unfortunately, Zelena is struggling to coexist with the other dogs in the home and experiences anxiety in that environment. Because of this, we are very carefully and lovingly looking for the right forever home so she does not have to experience another separation.<br/>Looking for a foster and/or forever family 💜<br/>🐾 Zelena would do best in:<br/>• An only-animal home<br/>• A home with no small children<br/>• A calm, understanding environment<br/>💊 Medical & Care Notes:<br/>• Prozac 20 mg every evening (must be tapered—cannot be stopped abruptly)<br/>• Trazodone 150 mg every 12 hours<br/>• Up to date on all vaccines through 8/2026<br/>• On heartworm prevention<br/>• Excellent for vet visits and nail trims<br/>🚗 Her absolute favorite thing?<br/>Car rides—especially looking out the window! Zelena would be an amazing companion for a truck driver or someone who travels for work and wants a loyal co-pilot by their side.<br/>She also enjoys looking out the window at home. <br/>Zelena is deeply loved, and this rehoming will be done slowly and thoughtfully to ensure her next chapter is truly her forever.
