This little guy is named Zekee!<br/>But we (his fosters) have been calling him Oliver.<br/>Oliver had a bit of a rough start in life. FOAC rescued him from the euthanasia list at the Mariposa shelter and was boarding him at Jamestown pet hotel. Then his wonderful, devoted volunteer dog walker took him out one day, and he jumped off a low wall and landed funny and broke his leg!! She reached out to ask if we could foster him during his recovery; we took one look at this little chocolate drop and of course we said yes!<br/><br/>The cast is off now and long forgotten, and Oliver is running and playing with his foster sister and loving all life has to offer! He has a joyful, tender nature. He does well with other dogs if introduced properly and licks their faces to show affection. No exposure to cats yet. Potty training is going well and he is scheduled for his neuter in January. <br/><br/>This lil espresso pod has creamy accents on all 4 toes (all the way up one ankle!) and a fluffy white marshmallow patch on his chest. He has a delightfully piggy pink snout and chin. At 8 months old he is about 45 lbs, chipped, and up to date on his vaccines. He loves to run and has excellent natural recall. Walks nicely on leash…if you use a prong collar 😁<br/><br/>We dream of a forever home for him where he is doted on, has opportunities to run and sniff, and maybe has an older sibling or two to help him continue his journey of learning ‘how to dog’. <br/><br/>It’s the perfect time of year to bring this p’tit boy into your life and see the world anew through his joyous, curious eyes, and feel the magic of Christmas together with his brave puppy heart
