Zap's Story

⚡ Meet Zap (aka Zappy) ⚡

14 week old Australian Cattle Dog x Shepherd mix | Female | ~17 lbs
Zap is a hilarious little pup who is equal parts sweet and sassy. She can be a bit timid in new situations but settles quickly once she realizes she’s safe. She’s clumsy, floppy, and completely unaware of her own feet, which somehow makes her even cuter. Her absolute favourite thing is being with her people… preferably cuddled up beside them.

Like any cattle dog mix, Zap has bursts of play energy followed by serious nap commitment. When she’s ready for bed she proudly grabs a toy and trots off like she has very important puppy business to attend to 🧸

She’s doing fantastic with house training and crate training, only waking once overnight. She’s learning leash skills and sticks close to her person, especially around noisy vehicles. With confidence and guidance she blossoms quickly.

🐾 Kids: best with 6+ (she loves to play!)
🐾 Dogs: unknown, but likely fine
🐾 Cats: very curious, home without cats recommended
🐾 Yard: fenced yard or farm ideal for zoomies

Zap would thrive with an active family ready to continue training and give her structure. When the kids get home from school she is READY for action.
Her biggest quirk? She’s basically Dory from Finding Nemo… she runs to the living room with a toy, drops it, runs back for another, and repeats until every toy in the house has been relocated 😂
She has received her first set of vaccines and is ready to find her forever family.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
What’s included in the adoption fee
✅ Core vaccines
✅ Rabies vaccine (age dependent)
✅ 4DX test for heartworm & tick-borne diseases (age dependent)
✅ Flea, tick & heartworm prevention
✅ Parasite treatment
✅ Dental surgery if recommended by veterinary partners (adult/senior dogs)
✅ A session with a positive-reinforcement trainer (optional)
✅ Ongoing support from our team
✅ Microchip
✅ One month of Trupanion coverage

Adoption Fees
• $700 — Puppies (includes $200 rebate after spay)

Apply here: https://form.jotform.com/243494963032258
