My name is Zane and I'm a handsome 1.5yr old male German Shepherd. I am located near Greeneville, TN and will be available for transport.<br/><br/>Quick Facts<br/>Age: 1.5yrs old<br/>Kids: will do fine with teenagers (13+) or adult only home<br/>Dogs: good with other large female dogs<br/>Cats: NO cats<br/>Training: needs full obedience training<br/><br/>1. I have been failed by humans many times in my short 1.5yrs of life. I was at a high kill shelter ready for euthanasia when IDGSR saved me. I was then adopted & returned because it takes me some time to decompress.<br/><br/>2. I'm a sweet boy with a lost soul. I've never had a family that loves me and I'm desperate for one. <br/><br/>3. My forever adopter needs to be a strong leader with a patient heart. I need guidance, socialization, and training. I'm a very smart boy but I just need a leader.<br/><br/>4. Will you paw-promise to train me? I want to learn how to be an obedient boy and do all the cool things the big dogs do. I want to learn recall, leash walking, place command, down, sit, stay, & anything else you can teach me!<br/><br/>5. I would love to go on walks or hikes with you! I'm an active boy and can keep up with your energy.<br/><br/>6. If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait**<br/>**************<br/><br/>***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***<br/>-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted<br/>-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply<br/>-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered<br/>-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter<br/>-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog<br/>-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY<br/>-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications<br/>-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time<br/>-Not able to adopt?
