He’ll happily do tricks just for a chance to play. <br/><br/>Zack has overcome a tough past, surviving severe neglect and starvation on the streets of Las Vegas. Because of this, he developed some resource guarding around food and toys with other dogs. He’s made amazing progress in foster care, but he’s still a little protective of food. For that reason, we’re looking for a dog-free home for him. However, Zack is great with cats—even around toys and food! He’s never chased them and has even tried to play fetch with one of them.<br/><br/>He’s crate trained, potty trained, and not much of a barker—unless someone’s at the door. Zack loves being close to his people (sometimes on top of them!) and thrives on affection, butt scratches, and companionship.
