Yuki's Story

At just 10 months old, Yuki is everything you could want in a puppy—goofy, joyful, endlessly curious, and full of love.
Yuki was surrendered to the NYC ACC when his previous guardian said they no longer had time for him. Like so many young dogs, shelter life was incredibly difficult, and after spending 23.5 hours a day in a kennel, his life was soon at risk. Thankfully, Miracle Lane and an amazing foster family stepped in just in time.
Now settling into foster care, Yuki's personality is shining brighter every day. He's all gangly legs, oversized ears, puppy antics, and nonstop smiles. One ear even seems to have a mind of its own—and we're completely obsessed!
Yuki has been wonderful with staff, volunteers, and other dogs. He enjoyed his dog meet-and-greets at the shelter, and his previous guardian reported that he is friendly and outgoing with other dogs. As always, we recommend slow, proper introductions. An active home with a playful canine companion would be a dream come true for this social pup.
Yuki is looking for a family that will embrace his puppy spirit—one that will keep him active, teach him new things, include him on adventures, and shower him with the love he deserves. In return, you'll get a loyal best friend who will keep you smiling every single day.
Yuki has only been out of the shelter for two weeks and will soon be ready to find his forever home. Judging by how he stole the show at his very first photoshoot, we're sure it won't be long before he steals someone's heart, too.
